My mission at Edwalton Food Hub is clear: food for people, not for landfill. I believe in tackling food poverty while being environmentally conscious. By rescuing high-quality surplus food from local retailers, I am determined to reduce food waste and its negative impact on our planet. As a leading food waste reduction project in South Nottinghamshire, I engage with local partners to make a positive change.
